Compare Vortex PMS pricing

How Vortex PMS compares.
Transparent property-and-room pricing.

Most PMS platforms take a percentage of your bookings, charge add-on fees, or trap you in annual contracts. We've built side-by-side comparison guides for all major vendors so you can find the right fit for your property.

AI guest messaging

These are not property management systems — they sell an AI assistant that connects to the PMS you already run. Vortex PMS offers AI guest messaging as a paid add-on you switch on per property, so these pages compare their standalone product against ours. How ours handles sending, up front: Keep every guest conversation in one inbox. AI drafts replies using your booking data; your team can review and send them, or enable autopilot to send routine replies automatically when confidence is high. Anything below the score you set, anything it had to flag, and anything urgent still waits for a person. It answers only from your property's own knowledge base, live booking and add-on catalogue; it will not invent answers, quote unset prices or promise a room is ready, and it needs your channels connected on that property first.

Onboarding costs

What setup costs, everywhere.

Vortex PMS charges nothing to get you set up, and we do it with you hands-on. We looked into whether that undercuts everyone else, and it doesn’t — so here is the real picture rather than a flattering one.

Of the 17 vendors we compare, 9 state that they charge no setup fee. One publishes a mandatory one-off fee. 4 publish no onboarding cost at all — you find out on a sales call. Every row below links to the source it came from and the date we read it.

Figures are what each vendor published on the date shown. Where a vendor does not publish a setup fee, we record that rather than estimate — several third-party sites quote specific amounts for these vendors that we could not trace to the vendor or to a major software directory, so we have left them out. A one-off setup fee is also a separate question from booking commissions and annual contract minimums, which we have not mixed in here. Spotted something out of date? Tell us and we’ll correct it.
