Of the 17 vendors we compare, 9 state that they charge no setup fee. One publishes a mandatory one-off fee. 4 publish no onboarding cost at all — you find out on a sales call. Every row below links to the source it came from and the date we read it.

Where a vendor does not publish a setup fee, we record that rather than estimate — several third-party sites quote specific amounts for these vendors that we could not trace to the vendor or to a major software directory, so we have left them out.
