Vortex PMS sends availability, rates and restrictions to connected channels. Reservations, changes and cancellations come back into the PMS. Booking webhooks usually arrive within about two minutes; channels without webhooks are checked every 15 minutes.
Availability and rate updates are queued and typically reach the channel in under five minutes. The OTA may take additional time to show them to guests. Each channel supports different fields, so check its connection details before relying on a specific restriction.
Direct connections include Booking.com, Airbnb, Expedia, Agoda, Vrbo, Hostelworld and Trip.com. Other calendar-based channels can use custom iCal; available data and setup steps depend on the connection type.
